Lenore Rosetto Parr is Of Counsel with the firm. Lenore focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and creditors' rights cases. She represents corporate debtors, individual debtors with primarily non-consumer-based debt, trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, purchasers of assets, assignees, and assignors. Lenore has worked with Aaron Wernick Law since 2016.

The dynamic character of law and the opportunity to have an impact originally attracted Lenore to the legal profession. She was drawn to corporate bankruptcy by the complexity and strategic challenges of the practice. Lenore finds it gratifying to help companies navigate financial difficulties and emerge stronger. Her experience includes representing both debtors and creditors in objections to exemptions, objections to discharge and dischargeability, and preference and fraudulent transfer lawsuits.

Lenore’s extensive experience in bankruptcy includes representing a broad range of businesses requiring financial reorganization. She has worked with clients in many industries, including real estate, retail, and manufacturing. Lenore began working in bankruptcy during the real estate crisis and depression in the first decade of the 21st century. At that time, many of her clients were single-purpose real estate companies, such as hotels, condominium associations, storage facilities, and office building management companies.

Clients and colleagues appreciate Lenore’s positive attitude and strong work ethic. Her meticulous attention to detail is evident in all aspects of her work, including the depth of her research and her thorough dedication to helping clients navigate and resolve challenging situations.

Originally from New Jersey, Lenore now lives in Palm Beach County. Outside the office, she cherishes spending time with her family. She also volunteers her time teaching classes at church and to local homeschool groups.
